Community Development

At Youth for Armenia, community development begins with compassion in action. Following the attacks on Nagorno-Karabakh on September 19, 2023, thousands of Armenians were forced to flee their homes in search of safety. Through our Homes of Hope program, we stepped in to support those families during their most vulnerable moments,  helping them rebuild their lives with dignity and care.

With the help of our dedicated donors, we provided eight displaced families with safe housing, nutritious food, clothing, heating supplies, and essential household goods. Each family we’ve supported now has a place to call home, a foundation to heal, recover, and start anew.

Homes of Hope is more than a humanitarian response; it is a reflection of our mission to strengthen communities through empathy and solidarity. Every home we restore, every meal we provide, and every family we uplift represent the enduring resilience of the Armenian people and the belief that together, we can turn hardship into hope.
